Shipping policy

  1. Once the order is placed by you on our website, we typically dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours from confirmation of your orders.
  2. Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on destination and reach of logistic partners.
  3. The delivery is subject to delays as per the unavoidable circumstances on those locations where the delivery to be performed.
  4. It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our logistic partners.
  5. We take no responsibility nor will be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.
  6. If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making the proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number.
  7. Order will need to be signed for upon delivery and this would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Anantayu takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  8. It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not reachable at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked return to origin (RTO).
  9. Once your placed order marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated to your original payment method, in case the payment for such order was already done from your side.
  10. Once your placed order marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want to purchase the products then place the fresh order on the website.
  11. Anantayu is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
  12. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery at customercare@anantayu.com with a picture attached.
  13. The shipping and handling / delivery charges are levied on your order as may be applicable. These charges are given at the time of check out:
a. For all online payments / prepaid orders
i. If the order value >= INR. 300 : Delivery Charges = INR 0
ii. If the order value <= 299 : Delivery Charges = INR 60
b. For Cash on Delivery (COD)
i. Cash on Delivery is unavailable if order value >= INR. 2001
ii. If the order value is between INR. 501 to INR 2000: Delivery Charges = INR 0
iii. If the order value is between INR. 301 to INR 500: Delivery Charges = INR 40
iv. If the order value <= INR. 300 : Delivery Charges = INR 100
