Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Replacements

At Anantayu, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we take great care to package and ship your order. However, we understand that due to reasons beyond our control, a package sometimes may not reach you in the desired state.

However, if you believe that the order you have received is wrong or in a damaged condition or has been tampered with, please send an email to us within 48hrs of delivery at customercare@anantayu.com, with a images of the product/ images of box / received invoice along with your query for the product/ products replacement request. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently.

All returned items for replacement must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, and should be in a saleable condition. The product(s) should be sent back to Anantayu Mailing Address as guided by the customer service representative. It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products physically or through images it will be decided whether the replacement shall be initiated or refund shall be initiated. The replacement product(s) will be shipped to you within 5 business days after the original products have been received and inspected by our team.

Please note that we cannot offer replacement or returns on any discounted, used or promotional product(s). Any free or promotional product(s) delivered with ordered product(s) also needs to be returned.

Refund:

In case replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

  1. For all prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc : Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your original source account, this may vary from time to time.
  2. For all orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) : Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your Bank account, this may vary from time to time. You may be required to share your bank account details with us for getting the refund amount as guided by our customer service representative.

Cancellation:

At Anantayu, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help.

  1. If after placing the order you wish to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the order has not been shipped.
  2. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. We usually ship an order within 24 working hours after placing the order.
  3. If the payment for order was done from your side, then a refund for such payment will be processed to your original payment method.
