- Consultation with Ayurvedic Vaidya: Comprehensive evaluation of medical history, recent medical reports, current gut health status, lifestyle and specific conditions and determining the individual’s constitution (dosha) to tailor recommendations.
- Personalized Ayurvedic Diet Plan: Personalized meal plans tailored to individual dosha and specific gut conditions along with list of gut-friendly foods to include and avoid, emphasizing natural and unprocessed foods, proper meal timings and portion control, cooking methods to support digestive health and improve nutrient absorption.
- Personalized Lifestyle Modification Plan: Daily routine (Dinacharya) and Nightly routine (Ratricharya) practices to support gut health, including wake-up routines, meal timings and sleep hygiene along with stress management techniques, guidelines for physical activities and exercise beneficial in improving digestive function, reduce bloating and enhance overall wellness.
- Herbal Remedies and Supplements: Specific herbs and supplements recommended based on individual needs (e.g., Triphala for digestion, Ginger for inflammation, Amla for overall health, etc) and instructions on how to prepare and take herbal remedies to support gut health and balance digestion.
- Bi-weekly Check-in and Adjustments: Regular monitoring of symptoms, weight and other relevant health metrics and continuous support and feedback to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Final Assessment and Future Recommendations: Comprehensive review of progress at the end of the program and recommendations for maintaining health post-program, including ongoing diet, lifestyle and herbal guidelines.
