- Consultation with Ayurvedic Vaidya: Comprehensive evaluation of medical history, recent medical reports, current health status, lifestyle, specific geriatric health concerns and determining the individual’s constitution (dosha) to tailor recommendations.
- Personalized Ayurvedic Diet Plan: Personalized dietary recommendations tailored to the individual’s dosha and health goals, emphasizing nutrient-rich, easily digestible foods suitable for older adults along advice on incorporating Ayurvedic principles into daily meals, including optimal meal times and portion sizes.
- Personalized Lifestyle Modification Plan: Daily routine (Dinacharya) and Nightly routine (Ratricharya) practices to promote balance and well-being, including practices for maintaining optimal sleep patterns, managing stress, and improving digestion, along with gentle exercises and mobility practices suited for older adults to promote flexibility, strength and joint health to maintain mobility and cardiovascular health.
